Online Education Courses

I am not a school student in a standard 4 yr school. I understand there is no age limit on the credit either. I am doing on the internet courses at an on the internet college all through the year for continuing training learning a new profession. Can I take the Am Opp Tax Credit for 2010 tuition , etc, expenditures?
